Testing a new browser

I've been spending the past few days learning more about blogs, rss feeds and browsers. The best discovery is this amazing browser that not many people have heard of. It's called Flock <www.flock.com> and its designed to make social interaction on the web much easier. For instance, if you have a flickr account, you can post photos to it (including cropping and resizing them) all from the browser--with no need to log in to your flickr account. And you can do the same thing with posting blog entries. So, as a test I decided to upload a photo to flickr and then post this blog entry all using Flock. So far it's the easiest post I've ever made -- and the easist photo upload!

I played with Flock for a little bit at one point, mostly to try out the blogging tools. I thought that it was a good idea, but I wonder if it wouldn't be better if those tools were just Firefox extensions. There was an interview with the Flock guys on the Inside the Net podcast some time ago if you are interested.
